George Harrison, Paul McCartney and John Lennon on stage at Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington, Minnesota. George looks back away from the audience and sees Bob Bonis, camera in hand, and gives him a great smile and thumbs up sign.

On August 21, 1965 The Beatles performed at Metropolitan Stadium in Bloomington, Minnesota. It was The Beatles only concert in Minnesota of their 3 U.S. tours.

As was the norm for their stadium shows, the Beatles stage was set up at mid field. For this show no photographers were permitted near the stage so the only photographs previously know of this performance are long shots taken from quite a distance. These photographs by Bob Bonis are the only photographs taken at stage level and close-up of this historic performance in Bloomington,Minnesota.
